Refer A Friend

A referrer is the person who refers a individual to the company. The referrer will receive $1000 paid into their nominated bank account 30 days after the referred persons home has gone into construction and Slab has been laid.

Terms & Conditions

To be eligible for the promotion the following terms and conditions must be met by the referrer

  • The referrer must give their full name and address and referring person’s full details on either New Choice Homes website or filling out our referral form.
  • The referrer must advise New Choice Homes of the person who referred them prior to signing a Preliminary Plan Agreement. No referral fee will be paid after this point.
  • The referrer can refer more than one referral but must fill out a separate entry link for each referral.
  • Where a Referral Friend is referred by more than one referrer, then only the first referrer will be eligible to receive the promotion.
  • The company reserves the right to end the promotion at anytime.
  • Referrer is required to sign a recipient created tax invoice before payment can be made.
  • This promotion cannot be used on any other current promotion.
