Amongst strong competition from WA builders, New Choice Homes’ were again recognised for our quality workmanship and design at the 2020 Master Builders-Bankwest Housing Excellence Awards held on Saturday 22nd February. Our Jindee client home won the award for Best Contract Home between $300,000 – $350,000.

This recognition by the MBA completes a clean sweep for New Choice Homes’ Jindee client home after winning the HIA Award for Custom Home up to $350,000 in October 2019.

We’re especially proud to be honoured by the MBA given their awards are open to all member builders across WA and focus solely on the quality of workmanship and craftsmanship shown in homes.

This Jindee home has been specifically designed to enhance living by the ocean and to deliver on the overall vision for the Jindee estate with the homes front facade featuring a verandah and brick gable. Internally, high ceilings and open plan living are based around a central courtyard.

While these awards are amazing, the real win for us has been delivering on our goal to service the needs of our different clients through clever designs, specifications and construction methods.
