New Choice Homes was tasked with constructing two single-storey dwellings behind an existing property on a triplex site. This project demonstrated our exceptional skill and expertise when navigating site constraints working around existing properties.
Before construction commenced, the site had to be cleared of established trees and a shed. The outcome was two single storey dwellings built for comfort and style, offering a harmonious living space.
The design and architectural elements of the dwellings truly set them apart. Each dwelling features three bedrooms, a theatre room, and an open-plan study strategically located next to the minor bedrooms, making it ideal for families with school-aged children. The master suites exude luxury with double vanities and generously sized walk-in robes. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas are bathed in natural light and seamlessly connect to an alfresco space, perfect for outdoor entertaining.
A standout feature of the dwellings is the abundant storage space throughout, including overhead cupboards and a big pantry in the kitchen, a broom cupboard and separate linen cupboard in the laundry, plus sliding robes in all minor bedrooms. A storeroom in the garage leading to the kitchen provides a great shopper’s entry and further enhances the functionality and convenience of the design.
